Shipping policy
Shipping Rates and Schedule:
- Concha orders (except concha bouquet) placed with shipping between June1st to June7th will be shipped on June8th to June10th.
- Stamps, cutters and stencils are shipped within 3 business days.
Tracking Number:
- Customers will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once their order is shipped.
Shipping Options for Conchas:
- Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days, highly recommended for maximum freshness.

Priority Mail: Typically arrives within 4 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on size, weight, and destination. The delivery time at checkout is an estimate provided by USPS. Please note that USPS may experience delays beyond the estimated delivery times.
Packing:
Each concha is individually sealed and cushioned with kraft paper in a shipping box. Reheat instructions are included.
Shipping Liability:
- While we ensure careful packaging, we cannot guarantee against damages or delays during transit.
- We cannot guarantee the exact arrival time of your order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

All baked goods sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available once the purchase is completed.
Pickup Policy
- Your order will be freshly prepared and available for curbside pickup at our home bakery in San Antonio, TX 78254. Pickup times are Tuesday to Saturday, 1 PM - 5 PM.
- Pickup address will be displayed on the product page once "Curbside pickup" is selected.
- Same-day pickup is not available; all baked goods are made to order. Please adhere strictly to the selected pickup time as indicated in your order confirmation.
If You Cannot Collect Your Order Personally:
- Have a friend or family member pick up the order for you. They'll need to provide your order number and name at the time of pickup.
Forfeited Orders:
- Orders not picked up by 5 PM will be forfeited without a refund. No exceptions.
