Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule:

  • Concha Orders

    We’ll be taking a short break from June 26th to July 1st, so concha shipping will be paused. For shipped conchas orders placed between June 29th and July 5th, conchas will be made and shipped between July 6th and July 8th.

  • Concha Stamps, Cutters & Stencils

    Shipping and pickup for concha stamps, cutters, and stencils will be paused from June 25th through July 1st. Orders placed during that period will be shipped within 3 business days after July 1st. 

Tracking Number:

  • Customers will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once their order is shipped.

Shipping Options for Conchas:

  • Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days, highly recommended for maximum freshness.
  • Priority Mail: Typically arrives within 4 business days.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on size, weight, and destination. The delivery time at checkout is an estimate provided by USPS. Please note that USPS may experience delays beyond the estimated delivery times.

Packing:
Each concha is individually sealed and cushioned with kraft paper in a shipping box. Reheat instructions are included.

Shipping Liability:

  • While we ensure careful packaging, we cannot guarantee against damages or delays during transit.
  • We cannot guarantee the exact arrival time of your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • All baked goods sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available once the purchase is completed.

Pickup Policy

  • Your order will be freshly prepared and available for curbside pickup at our home bakery in San Antonio, TX 78254. Pickup times are Tuesday to Saturday, 1 PM - 5 PM.
  • Pickup address will be displayed on the product page once "Curbside pickup" is selected.
  • Same-day pickup is not available; all baked goods are made to order. Please adhere strictly to the selected pickup time as indicated in your order confirmation.

If You Cannot Collect Your Order Personally:

  • Have a friend or family member pick up the order for you. They'll need to provide your order number and name at the time of pickup.

Forfeited Orders:

  • Orders not picked up by 5 PM will be forfeited without a refund. No exceptions.
