Baked Goods

Please note that all sales of baked goods are final. Due to the perishable nature of these items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Concha Stamps and Cutters Return Policy

For concha stamps, we offer a return option under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To initiate a return, please send an email to houseofsweets22@gmail.com with the following information:

  • First and Last Name on Invoice
  • Product Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Preference for an Exchange or a Refund

Processing Your Return

  1. Upon receiving your return request, we will review the information provided and inform you of the status of your request via email.
  2. After we have received the returned merchandise and confirmed it is in good condition, we will proceed to reimburse you for the cost of the item (excluding return postage costs) within 5 working days.
